  3. The “Surgeon of Death” got his name due to his impressive fighting skills and medical expertise. As the captain and doctor of the Heart Pirates, his powers include being able to surgically alter things within the "Room" domain, thanks to his Ope Ope no Mi Devil Fruit powers.
