Dial the balance code for your region. Depending on your region, you may have a special number you can dial in the Phone app that will automatically display your available balance. Some regions will require you to text a word to a specific number to receive the balance instead. Dial the code that's appropriate for your region to get the balance:^{[1]

You'll see a drop-box under the header "View bills" that you can use to select a bill to view.

Open Virgin Plus My Account. This app says "Virgin Plus" on a red and black background.
- If you don't have the mobile app, you can download it for free from the Google Play Store and App Store.
- Sign in with your Virgin account if you aren't already.
It's a tab at the bottom of your screen with a pie chart icon.
You'll see your used data and any that you have remaining as well as how many days are left in the billing cycle.

How can I transfer contacts to a new phone?

You can either switch your SIM card from your old phone to your new, or restore your contacts using a backup of your old phone. You could also ask your carrier to transfer the contacts along with any other data from your old phone to your new one when you purchase it.
