Have one or more of your Tinder matches disappeared? There are a variety of reasons this might occur. It is possible the other user simply unmatched with you, but there are a few reported glitches to be aware of as well. This wikiHow article will help you understand why your Tinder matches may have disappeared, and what you can do about it.

Things You Should Know

If just one or two of your matches have disappeared, it may be because the other user(s) unmatched you or deleted their accounts.
A disappearing match may also be an indication that you were interacting with a bot account.
Make sure you have not accidentally entered any search terms on the chat page so that you can see all of your matches.
If all of your matches have disappeared, sign out of your Tinder profile and sign back in.

The other user may have unmatched you.

No one likes the feeling of being unmatched on a dating app. But if just one of your matches disappeared, there is a good chance that user simply decided to unmatch you. Of course, if the problem happens with multiple users, it becomes fair to wonder if it is a bug within the app.

They might have deleted their account.

Try clearing the search bar.

This may seem silly, but double-check the search bar atop the page to ensure there is no text in it. If you leave the app open from a previous session, any text you entered will remain. It is therefore possible you are simply not seeing your matches because you are filtering them out with your search terms!

If all matches disappeared, sign out and back in.

If you suddenly have no matches, do not fret! It is fair to say this is a bug with your profile. To confirm this is the case, simply sign out of your account and sign back in.^{[3]

  - Tap Settings
  - Scroll down and select Logout
- To sign back in:
  - Close out of the Tinder app and reopen it. Once the app reopens, you will be prompted to sign in. Follow the onscreen instructions to return to your account and find your matches restored.

Your matches may not be loading.

Check your internet connection. If you see some matches, but the match list will not load in full, it may be a network issue. Check your Wi-Fi settings on your Android or iPhone.
